Our goal
Develop fresh produce that people love to eat, and farmers love to grow. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join our Harmoniz Italian team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in sales in a global environment. Objectives of this role

As a Sales Representative you will represent Harmoniz’s brand, products, and services, focusing on sales and profit maximization. You will generate leads and build relationships with acquired and potential customers in your area of competence, offering top-notch assistance services to ensure our customer’s satisfaction and secure profitable relationships.

Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the forecast, budget execution, sales quotas, of the assigned group of products and within your area of competence.
  • You will develop and implement a strategic action plan, following comprehensive data analysis and basing on your knowledge of the market, identifying market opportunities and threats.
  • You will plan and implement field trials with major growers in the area of your competence for product introduction and development.
  • You will deeply cooperate to maintain a trustful and healthy working environment within the Marketing, Sales and Product Management teams.
  • According to the company future needs and instructions, you will also support the Hi-Tech market on the Italian territory.

What it takes to be successful in this role:

  • Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or similar (Mandatory)
  • 5-8+ years of experience in direct sales in the agriculture industry (Mandatory)
  • Good MS. Office Knowledge (MS. Office) (Mandatory)
  • Fluent in English (Mandatory)
  • Ability to travel (Mandatory)
  • Direct experience in the seed sector (Advantage)
  • Business development experience and proven success rate at levels above sales quota (Advantage)
  • Required Skills & Competencies: Customer-orientation; excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills; high persuasiveness and negotiation skills; open-minded personality with team-orientation.
