What are you going to do?
As a sales representative you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profit for the assigned customers base with the existing product portfolio and realize product development from the introduction phase on.
Reporting to
Sales Manager / Subsidiary Sales Manager
Your power
As a sales representative you will be responsible for the budget, forecast and pricing within the assigned group of products and area of responsibilities. You will develop and maintain the business relationships with customers to promote brand awareness and secure profitable relationships. You will deeply cooperate to maintain a trustful and healthy working environment within the Marketing, Sales and Product Management teams as well as monitoring the market trends (i.e. varieties) and competitor activity to identify market opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
- Customer orientation
- Result and sales driven.
- Strong communication skills
- Agricultural background.
- High-level English language
- Frequent domestic travel required
- Educational background in agriculture, sales or similar it’s a plus
